Lindsey’s work is of varied subject and media, enjoying texture, mark-making and exploring the process with paint. She draws her inspiration from the natural world, the New Forest and surrounding coastline, responding to atmosphere and light. Lindsey started her career as a ceramic painter with Poole Pottery from leaving school. She left Poole Pottery in 1996 and continued her art career as a full-time artist from 2002.
She went on to study Fine art at Arts Institute Bournemouth and now enjoys teaching in her own private group workshops and is now in constant demand to regularly demonstrate for Art clubs and Societies. Lindsey also exhibits her work nationally.
